Don’t go outside your house to see the flowers. My friend, don’t bother with that excursion. Inside your body there are flowers. One flower has a thousand petals. That will do for a place to sit. Sitting there you will have a glimpse of the beauty inside the body and out of it, before gardens and after gardens.”

Today I stay inside my house and look at the beauty, the peace, the hope and the love of inner self, my soul and my life. I am responded to. I am loved. My way is safe and looked after and matters: to me and to those who love me and who want my best interests to be actualized.

As I mind fully contemplate life as it is for all of us, I realize that helping and supporting each other is what we are in this world/plane of existence to be doing. Love. Again and again, I come home to the  joy and peace of knowing that love is all that matters.

One flower has a thousand petals. One need, one wish, one look deep inside our soul, our heart, our very being, has the potential for bringing forth absolutely everything that we long for, that we deserve and that we absolutely need. Help has been freely given to me. Help is there for you to freely receive as well.

Look at the beauty inside you, the beauty you carry, you nurture, the beauty than brings a blush to your checks and laughter in your eyes. Your inner garden of hope, the divine within you, the colours and blooms that thrive in your heart and soul, will heal all hurts and wounds if you will only let that happen for you. Hunker down with soup, a book and a comfort blanket. Take time to think, slumber, dream, remember, become. Your inner garden is every bit as wondrous as any outer garden there has ever been created.

  • I am grateful for 2 sons who have offered invaluable help in my journey to leave my current life and return to one I left behind long ago.
  • I am grateful to 2 daughters-in-law whom I strongly suspect helped guide those 2 sons to my need.
  • I am grateful for Aimee’s patience with me today as I have an indoor day and she longs for some outdoor time.
  • I am grateful my ever emptying freezer is still spewing forth surprises that nourish and satisfy me.

Blessings, and precious life to all, enjoy your inner garden. Nancy
