“Your own words are the brinks and mortar of the dreams you want to realize. Behind every word flows energy”

Sonia Choquette

Sometimes I am surprise at what comes out of my mouth. My ears registered that they did not know that was what they were going to hear. Then I have to wonder, did I really mean to say that? Is that really my truth? Well, maybe I wasn’t ready to know that yet, but there it is. My mouth said it and best I listen. My inner self wants recognition and it is boldly stepping forth.

Be careful what you say, be careful what you ask for. You just might get it. Equally important is to listen to what you say and find ways to hone your words so you really are saying what you mean. Once again I harken back to my story about Aimee sitting in front of the for sale sign at the tiny cottage on the lake. My words were, Aimee says it is time to buy this cottage. With time, honing, support, help, research, investigation, what my words become were: it is time to sell and get ready to buy…..something, maybe on a lake.

The ball got rolling when I had the words right.

Find your words. Listen to yourself. There is energy behind your words, so pick them carefully and speak them out loud with wisdom. Best they be positive words with positive energy behind them. Negative words with negative energy behind them could make you sick.

  • I am grateful I consciously and mindful look for positive words
  • I am grateful I have accomplished several tasks I fears would be tough and they were not bad at all.
  • I am grateful my mind is stretching, I am learning, and I am happy
  • I am grateful Aimee is with me on my journey

Hugs always, Nancy
